Brandywine Counseling & Community Services (BCCS) is excited to announce Joe Zimmerman as the first headlining act for our Big Night Out! : Comedy for a Cause event on Saturday, October 5, 2019!
Joe moved to New York City in 2012, quickly appearing on The Late Late Show with James Corden and John Oliver’s New York Stand-Up Show, as well as performing at Montreal’s prestigious Just for Laughs festival. His resume has since grown to include The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Conan on TBS, Last Comic Standing on NBC, and his own Comedy Central Half Hour Special.
His solo album Smiling at Wolves reached #2 on the iTunes comedy charts and is played regularly on SiriusXM. His second, Innocence, was release in the fall of 2018 on Comedy Central Records. He has also contributed humor pieces to The New York Times.
Joe has headlined in 43 states around the country, and has performed private events for national and global brands including Viacom, Spotify, MTV, Capital One, Comcast, Bright House Media, and Habitat For Humanity.
