The BCCS Washington Street Treatment Center is the new home of BCCS Justice-Involved Services in New Castle County, and also hosts BCCS Targeted Care Management (TCM) Prorgam.
The programs underneath the Diversion Programs umbrella require offenders to meet a variety of court supervised requirements, including community service, educational and therapeutic programming, and specialized treatment focused on addressing substance abuse and mental health issues.
The Washington Street Treatment Center is home to our New Castle County Justice-Involved Services, including:
- Drug Diversion Program
- DUI Treatment Court Program
- First Stop DUI First Offender Program
- DUI Screening and Referral Program (DSARP)
