Growing Healthy Families

Westside Family Healthcare is hosting its 3rd annual community event at our Northeast health center. Designed to provide community-based resources, this event invites community members to participate in health screenings, a resource fair, and much more.  Participants who get a health screening can visit the farmers market to pick out a bag of produce to take home. This event is free and open to the public.
