Violence Prevention Town Hall Meeting

Brandywine Counseling & Community Services will be hosting a Violence Prevention Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, May 25^th from 6:00pm – 9:00pm.  The town hall meeting will take place at the Wilmington Police Athletic League (PAL), located at 3707 N. Market Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19802.  This town hall meeting is being co-sponsored by Wilmington City Council President Theopalis K. Gregory and the Wilmington City Council.  We invite you to join us for this town hall meeting in an effort to network and collaborate with multiple Community Based Providers, Grass Roots Organizations, Advocates, Activists, City Council Members and members of Faith Based Organizations. Dinner will be served.

 Our goals for the meeting are to:

• Expand the network for violence prevention services in Delaware
• Create a resource packet to be distributed county wide which reflects the work of all the partners
• Create an ongoing work-group to address barriers to accessing services and advocate for necessary resources, expansion of services etc.

 Space is limited, so please register by May 20^th.  We ask that each attendee register individually
