Effective Tuesday, September 30, 2025, all BCCS New Castle County Justice-Involved Programs and the New Castle County Targeted Care Management (TCM) program are moving to the BCCS Lancaster Ave Treatment Center at 2713 Lancaster Ave, Wilmington, DE 19805. These programs were previously provided at the BCCS Washington St Treatment Center.

- DUI Treatment Court Program
- First Stop (DUI First Offender Program)
- DSARP (DUI Screening and Referral Program)
- Targeted Care Management (TCM)
BCCS New Castle County Justice-Involved Programs and the New Castle County TCM program are closed on Friday, September 26, 2025 and Monday, September 29, 2025 to facilitate the relocation. Programs resume normal service hours on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at the Lancaster Ave Treatment Center.
There are no changes to BCCS Justice-Involved Programs in Kent and Sussex Counties.
