Individuals Matter: People Accessing Care and Treatment (Project IMPACT) is an integrated program assisting populations at highest risk for HIV/AIDS and/or viral hepatitis:
- Minority substance-abusing adult heterosexual men and women
- Men who have sex with men (MSM)
The program provides prevention and early intervention services, medication management, substance abuse/mental health treatment, and medical case management.
